What is communication design?
Communication design is the craft of making meaning legible — through type, colour, image, layout, motion, and interaction. It ranges from print identity to interactive products and everything between.
At FSJD, the Communication Design school covers two tracks: Graphic Design (brand identity, editorial, print + digital layout) and UI / UX Design (research, systems, interaction). Both share a foundation in typography, colour, and information hierarchy.
