Which design programmes are offered at School of Communication Design?

How are the diploma programmes taught?

Which design programmes does FSJD offer?

We offer Diploma programmes in Jewellery Design, Graphic Design, and UI/UX (Interaction) Design, plus an Integrated Diploma in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
What is the advantage of the Integrated Diploma?

It combines visual communication and digital product design in one programme — you graduate fluent in both branding/graphics and UI/UX.
Will I receive a diploma certificate?

Yes — you receive a diploma certificate on successful completion of your programme.

Admissions
Do I need prior jewellery experience to enrol?
+
No prior experience is required. Our entry-level jewellery programmes (QGP Level 1 and QCP Foundations) and our communication design diplomas (Graphic Design, UI/UX, and the Integrated programme) are all built to take complete beginners to a professional standard.
How do I apply?

Submit the form on /contact, take the AI matcher on /matcher, or WhatsApp +91 98701 00129. A counsellor will reach you on WhatsApp within the hour during business hours.
Is there an entrance test?
+
For entry-level programmes, no — a portfolio is helpful but not required. For advanced levels, your counsellor will assess readiness on the first call.
What are the intake dates?
+
Intakes happen multiple times a year and vary by programme level. The live cohort ticker at the top of the site shows the next QCP BASIC date. Speak to a counsellor for the others.

Fees & Payment
What are the programme fees?

There is no application fee. Fees vary by programme and level — share your details on the contact page or WhatsApp us and a counsellor will send the current fee structure for your chosen course.
Is EMI available?

Yes — speak to a counsellor for current EMI partners and terms.
Are there scholarships?
+
We do not currently offer scholarships. There is also no application fee — you only pay the programme fee for your chosen course.
How do refunds work?

Programme fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy — a counsellor will walk you through the terms that apply to your programme before you enrol.

What are the major programmes at FSJD?

Are programmes online, offline, or hybrid?
+
It depends on the programme and level. Jewellery courses run hybrid or offline — QGP Level 1 and QCP Levels 1-2 are hybrid (online + offline), and QGP Level 3 is offline at our Delhi campus. The communication design diplomas (Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Integrated) are delivered through studio sessions, workshops, and live projects. Each programme page lists its exact mode and duration.
What certification do I receive?

A level-specific certificate after each level, and a full diploma certificate on completing all three levels of a programme.
Will I build a portfolio?

Yes — every programme ends with a portfolio.

Campus & Schedule
Where is FSJD located?

Classrooms: FORE School of Jewellery Design, 3rd Floor, B-35, Block B, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi 110016. Visits are by appointment — book via the contact form.
Can I visit the campus before enrolling?

Absolutely — and we recommend it. Use the contact form to book a slot. We open to prospective students by appointment.
Is hostel / accommodation available?
+
We do not operate a hostel directly but maintain a list of vetted accommodation partners around the Qutab area. Ask a counsellor for the current list.
What are the class hours?
+
Schedules vary per level. Hybrid programmes typically run weekday evenings for online sessions and weekend full-days for offline blocks. Your counsellor will share the exact schedule for your intake.

Career Outcomes
Do you provide placement support?
+
Yes. Jewellery graduates are supported into roles at jewellery houses, gem labs, and manufacturing/CAD studios; communication design graduates into UI/UX, product design, branding, and graphic design roles. Every programme includes portfolio development, and we help with interview prep and industry introductions.
Where do FSJD graduates typically work?

Can I start my own brand after FSJD?

Policy & Refunds
What is the refund policy?
+
Fees are generally non-refundable once a programme has commenced. Pre-commencement withdrawal may qualify for a partial refund less an administrative fee. Full policy is on the Refund & Cancellation page.
Can a programme be cancelled by FSJD?
+
In rare circumstances. If FSJD cancels a programme, the full fee is refunded or you may transfer to an alternative programme. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
