Participants gain a strong foundational understanding of gemstones — including their history, properties, and characteristics — and learn key aspects of buying and selling gemstones, from sourcing and mining insights to market practices. The curriculum is systematically sequenced from foundational principles to advanced professional competencies, ensuring applied mastery and alignment with current industry standards. Certificates are awarded after the completion of each level, and a diploma certificate is conferred upon successful completion of all three levels.

- Certification & Valuation: Certification standards, value assessment, and market pricing strategies.
- Market & Trade Skills: Techniques for selling gemstones, supplier insights, trade terminology, and buying secrets.
- Identification Skills: Spotting common imitations, synthetics, and antique or rare stones.
- Diamond Knowledge (Dedicated Day): In-depth study of diamonds including types, cuts, grading (4 Cs), sourcing, pricing, and market insights.
- Special Topics: Extra-terrestrial gems, meteorites, and world-famous historic gemstones.
Programme Outcome
